The service

Vault provides a creator page with links, custom domains and analytics. Publishing requires a verified custom domain you own or purchase. We may suspend pages or accounts that breach the acceptable-use policy.

Your content & domains

• You keep ownership of your content and are responsible for having the rights to link to it.
• External destinations are yours: Vault links out to them and never embeds them into your public page.
• Domain registrations are subject to the registrar's terms; renewal and expiry are your responsibility, with reminders where the provider supports them.

Billing

Paid plans and domain purchases are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; refunds for failed domain registrations are issued automatically where applicable.

Fair use

Do not abuse the platform: no spam, phishing, malware, unlawful content, or attempts to access other creators' workspaces. Automated scraping of creator pages beyond normal browsing is not permitted.

Liability

Vault is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We will notify account holders of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after that point constitutes acceptance.
